Please consult the time slots listed in the "Time slots for TL 2" file in the "Class information" folder on Ilias and write down your date and time.
There are no readings or listening exercises for this week. I highly recommend that you run through your presentation this week (either your part alone or with your partner) so that you have that behind you. Use the materials in the "Language resources for graphs and presentations" subfolder in the "Second Teilleistung" folder on Ilias to help you be precise in your language use and to tailor your presentation register to that which an anglophone audience would expect.
Optional essay prompts for this week:
1. What makes a negotiator successful?
2. How will the pandemic change the way we work long-term?
Please be sure to NOT respond to these prompts with a list of characteristics/various examples. Essays should always have ONE clear message (i.e. a thesis) that is contextualized in a way that will resonate with the reader/audience. Your essay should be between 250-350 words and sent to my email address by Monday, June 7th at 5pm. Late submissions/submissions that exceed the word limit will not be read.
