For homework, please read through the "The joy of absence" once again and jot down notes for an essay approaching the topics of long work hours and working from home from another perspective (e.g. pretend you're Jack Ma!).
Please review the grammar pages and accompanying exercises for Units 7, 9, and 11 (make sure you've done all of the exercises) and bring in any questions you might have about passives and causatives, modals, and conditionals. Make sure you have also done all of the vocab exercises for Units 2, 4, 6, and 8.

- 10 sentences using collocations from Units 2, 4, 6, and/or 8 from the textbook
