You don't have to know the articles for homework inside-out, but you should be able to analyze political cartoons and do an analysis of a speech/text from a period we have covered in class. You should be able to define the following terms (exam is not limited to these): culture, text, discourse, collective consciousness, consensus, frames, scripts, localization, canon
